Time is Running Out

  1. Hey Maria,
    I would like it if you could give out some exercise ideas. For example, each week could be about toning/shaping/losing parts of the body. First week could be shaping legs or maybe how to engage in your cores or how to get a six pack, etc.

  3. Travel Fit is a great DVD! Good choice for a giveaway :) I use it on my rest weeks for a lighter cardio and toning workout. Cathe is the best!
